To aid you in preparing your PDFs, we have created a PDF Preset file for use in conjunction with the recommended programs. While using these presets is not required, we do encourage you to use them to achieve the best results and the highest quality PDFs. With this file, PDFs will be created with exact print specifications for City Lifestyle.
Follow these instructions to install our PDF Preset in your software of choice:
InDesign: • Select File > Adobe PDF Presets > Define… • Click “Load” • Browse to the downloaded file and select “Nameoffile” • Click “Open” from the select file menu • Click “Done”
Illustrator: • Select Edit > Adobe PDF Presets • Click “Import” • Browse to the downloaded file and select “Nameoffile” • Click “Open” from the select file menu • Click “OK”
Photoshop: • Select Edit > Adobe PDF Presets • Click “Load” • Browse to the downloaded file and select “NameofFile” • Click “Open” from the select file menu • Click “Done”
Crop Marks? Not Needed.
Please do not include crop marks in your final files. We cannot accept files that include crop marks or printer's marks. Our PDF Preset is built so that no crop marks or printers marks are included.
